I recently defended my dissertation entitled "Mechanoelectrical Behavior in Polyvinvyl Chloride (PVC) Based Soft Polymer Gel Smart Sensors fof Soft Robotic Applications". I currently work for Mission Support and Test Services as a opto-mechanical engineer focusing on optical interferometry for shock physics experiments. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where I work in the Active Materials and Smart Living Laboratory to further academic research.
